• Children under 4 years old are free of charge.
• Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 years and above.
• Wheelchairs cannot enter the capybara and ring-tailed lemur room or free-roaming animal areas.
• Visitors with animal allergies or incompatible health conditions are not permitted to enter.
• Wear clothing and footwear that cover exposed skin where possible, as animals may step on, bite or scratch you.
• Admission or time limits may apply when the facility is crowded.
