• The tour experience lasts approximately 1 hour and includes guided movement through all areas.
• Guests must check in between 15 and 5 minutes before their scheduled tour time.
• Photography is permitted in meeting rooms and on the ships, but not inside the museum exhibits.
• The site is wheelchair accessible, with ramp access to certain ships and an elevator in the museum building.
• Strollers and carriages are not permitted inside the museum, but a designated parking area is available.
